Marvel Rivals counterpicks only work if someone actually swaps. Typing “need hitscan” in spawn while locking another flyer is how points bleed.
Two fights, then swap
If a matchup is unwinnable, change. Pride is a lost tick.
Supports can swap too. A different peel kit beats a damage boost into a dive you cannot see.
Call the problem, not the player
“We need anti-air” is useful. Names in all chat are not.
Install the counter on the next spawn. Waiting for a perfect ult is waiting to lose the point.
Keep one comfort pick
If two people already counter, you can stay. Five forced comfort-off swaps can be worse than one bad matchup.
