Mecha BREAK Cover and Boost Management
Mecha BREAK pilots who boost in a straight line donate a silhouette. Cover and energy management decide more fights than the flashiest weapon.
Boost to a corner, not through a field
Spend energy to break a lock or to take cover. Spending it to arrive slightly faster into a firing squad is a tax.
If you are glowing with heat, hide. Continuing the peek is how you melt.
Cover is vertical too
Use elevation lips. Standing at full height on a ridge is a poster.
One teammate watches high while you reload. Mechs reload slowly enough to punish greed.
Objective still exists
Kills that happen off the point do not cap. Boost back when the bar is ticking.
