Escape from Tarkov

Tarkov Hideout and Trader Progress Order

Escape from Tarkov hideout upgrades and trader standings quietly decide how strong your mid-wipe kits feel. Random crafting without a priority list burns rubles that should have unlocked better ammo access.

Hideout priorities

Push modules that print passive value — bitcoin-adjacent chains, water, and crafts you actually use — before cosmetic comfort. Tarkov rewards boring economy.

Collect required items in a labeled container. Hunting the same filter every raid because it sits in a random pocket is optional suffering.

Trader standing

Plan sales and quest turn-ins toward the loyalty level that unlocks your next ammo or armor tier. Spreading reputation thinly delays every shop.

Read unlock requirements before a long craft. Some crafts gate behind stations you have not built yet.

Wipe pacing

Early wipe favors quests and hideout foundations over fashion kits. Late wipe favors convenience crafts. Match spending to the week you are in.

Revisit your order after major patches that change craft outputs. Old guides rot quietly.
